Fried Shrimp (Prawns) with Lime and Coriander - 'กุ้งทอดกับมะนาวและผักชี'

Serves: 3-4

Preparation: 30 mins


  • 750g x Medium-sized green prawns, peeled, de-veined
  • 3 tbsp x Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp x Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce
  • 1 x Lime, juice and zest
  • ½ cup x Finely chopped coriander leaves

For the Marinade...

  • 4 tbsp x Thai sweet chilli sauce
  • 3 tbsp x Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp x Extra virgin olive oil


Mix the Prawns with marinade ingredients. Cover and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes, then, heat 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a pan and saute prawns for 6-8 minutes, until done.

Remove them from the heat, then stir in the Oyster Sauce, Lime Zest and Juice, and the remaining 1 tbsp oil, and Coriander, to serve.

Hint: Prawns can be replaced with chicken, or another meat
