Homemade Barbeque Sauce

Not much to this one. It's a tangy sauce which is served with cold Chicken dishes such as 'Khao Manh Gai'.


  • ½ x cup Tomato Ketchup
  • ¼ x cup White Vinegar
  • ¼ x cup Water
  • 1 x Onion - Chopped
  • 1½ x tspns Brown Sugar
  • 1½ x tspns Mustard - Powdered
  • 1½ x tspns Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 x tspn Iodised Table Salt
  • ¼- ½ x tspn White Pepper


Mix all ingredients together and place in a dipping bowl for serving.
