This dipping sauce is a member of the 'Narm phrik' family of 'dipping sauces', น้ำพริก, and is made with Ginger, Chillies, and Garlic.
- 2 tbsps x minced Ginger
- 2 tbsps x minced Garlic
- 2 x thinly sliced Chillies - Red or Green
- 2 tbsps x Soy Beans Sauce
- 1 x Lime - juiced ( maybe 2, if small )
- 2 tbsps x Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsps x Palm Sugar
Mix ingredients together. You can then store in a sealed jar in refrigerator, for use as needed.
