This is a homemade-sauce, which would be added to food, rather than used as a dipping sauce...although it can be.
- ½ x cup White Vinegar
- 1 clove x Garlic - crushed
- 2 x large crushed Chillies
- 1 tspn x Salt
- 1 tbsn x Sugar
Pound the solid ingredients together and then add the Vinegar. Simple - but, can be made HOT!
*As stated above, this is not so much a 'dipping' sauce, as it is one to be ADDED to the finished meal. Hence, it is referred to as phrik nam..., rather than, nam phrik.
